I had my solar panels fitted by Greenscape this summer under the Solar Together initiative. Greenscape were the approved installers and the process ran very smoothly - the surveyor and the installers were really good, explaining the components and installation making sure the app was working on my mobile (extremely useful to see how the panels and battery are performing). I have had some questions afterwards about setting force charge/discharge times as recommended by my energy supplier and their customer service/support were very responsive and helpful in answering these (thank you Hollie).

Excellent experience of the installation of solar panels, battery, car charger and new consumer unit - all within 2 days. Neat and tidy work, and a professional service throughout. Just one small problem with the scaffolders not installing on the day promised, but then they are a lore unto themselves aren't they?

Greenscape have installed an amazing Tesla Powerwall at my property. I had originally been going to get solar panels under a local council scheme but because of planning and listed building issues this would have been an onerous process. Greenscape nevertheless suggested Tesla as an alternative green option, fortunately using the same discounted scheme. I'd never heard about load shifting, or smart metering especially ‘vector sum metering’ using Octopus Energy’s smart tariffs, and am super-impressed. It's good to be part of what is clearly cutting edge tech that can contribute to UK's rapidly emerging power storage needs. Thank you Greenscape for enlightening me about all this.

An excellent service, if like me you are a bit of a modern day ludditewith regards to technology the staff are extremely patient at explaining how it all functions and do not worry if you have to revert back with any questions or queries, in this day and age a refreshing viewpoint.They are totally transparent with you from the onset.

100% excellent service. Thoroughly recommend. From the surveyor to the scaffolders, installers and the electrician..with follow ups to check everything was OK. The App is easy to understand. If you are thinking about it, then think no more..get it done!!

Site survey explained everything g to us however practically every decision made at site survey was overturned during installation. Installation all went relatively smoothly but made site survey feel like a waste of time especially since it missed the live feed that had to be shrouded (4 week delay) and resulted in the wrong type of fittments being sent for installation (3 day delay). All seems fine now and all of the workmen were very polite and helpful.

Greenscape are a breath of fresh air and an absolute pleasure to do business with right from the very first contact right through to after care.I went through the local councils Solar Together scheme which was awarded to Greenscape. Within a day or two of accepting the initial proposal and paying the deposit, I had a phone call booking in the site survey.A week or so later, their surveyor James came to do the survey. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable answering all my questions. He went around looking at roof space, cable runs, location for equipment etc then went through everything with me in detail so I knew exactly what my options were. As I have a hot tub I use a lot of electricity and was convinced I'd need a bigger battery. James explained in detail why I wouldn't benefit from a bigger one and just the smaller one would be sufficient - how many companies around these days actually put their customers first advising them not to spend money on something they don't need instead of just agreeing, taking the money and running!James ran through what would be the best setup and how much that will cost. There were a number of additional extras I could add on if I wanted which James ran through but there was absolutely no hard sell or pressure in any way and when I said I'd like to think about it properly before going ahead he was more than happy leaving everything with me.Once deciding to go ahead, Sadia from the office was in contact within a week booking the install for the following week and the scaffolding went up a few days later. Sadia was absolutely brilliant keeping me fully updated every step of the way and when I sent a few emails with questions replied extremely quickly. She called me the day before the install checking I was happy, again during the install to again check I was happy with the progress then also the day after. This level of communication makes so much difference and again is so rare with companies these days. Even after the install was complete I had some questons I emailled to Sadia to which she responded to just as quickly and efficiently as before install.Install day, there were two guys - an electrican and roofer (I'm so sorry I didn't get their names) who like the rest of the team were absolutely brilliant. The electrician talked me through everything he was doing, set up the monitoring app and basically taking care of everything. There were heavy showers on the day but even so the speed and efficiency these guys worked at was unbelievable - arriving at 8:30 getting straight to work. By 12 the battery, inverter had been installed, the electrical work inside the house completed with the house running on battery power. I couple of hours later my 9 panels had been installed and connected working as they should.My sister also went through the Solar Together scheme and is due to have her's installed by Greenscape in a few weeks, but we've been so impressed with Greenscape my parents have now contacted Greenscape and have a surveyor booked in a couple of weeks! In summary, I couldn't be more pleased. Greenscape it has been an absolute pleasure and a big thank you to James, Sadia and the two installation guys.

I have been thoroughly impressed with the service received from Greenscape Energy in relation to the installation of my solar panels and Tesla Powerwall. From start to finish they have been very customer focused and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Everyone I've spoken to has been extremely helpful and polite, they've also been very supportive post installation too. I'm very pleased with my solar panels and so glad I opted for the Tesla Powerwall for energy storage. This had meant that since I've had the installation completed I've not actually paid for any electricity. I know this will change come the winter and I'll have to buy a minimal amount from the grid but what I do buy will be at a much cheaper rate as I can charge my battery off-peak ready to use whenever I need it. All in all very impressed, both with my solar set up and the service received from Greenscape Energy, so much so that they're coming back to install an air source heat pump later in the year. I would definitely recommend them.

Recently installed. Excellent service and communications throughout the process. Professional approach. After extensive research, Greenscape proved to be the most trustworthy. Waited nearly 2 years from inital contact before requesting a quote (due to house move and awaiting warranty expiration.) As with anything, do your homework but i can safely recommended Greenscape for knowledge and efficient service.Kudos to Jack Fox the sales guy for patience.

From online sign-up with Solar Together to completed installation took exactly one month.Aaron from Greenscape carefully explained the visual and financial impact of the installation without being patronising, over-technical or pushy. We were particularly keen to make sure that the inverter didn’t take up much of our eaves attic space, and he was reassuring.The installers were punctual and efficient, the electrician working while curled up a in very tight space, which can’t be comfortable. As requested, the inverter is tucked away and compact and doesn’t interfere with our storage arrangements.The instructions for installing the Solis monitoring app were clear and I started to check in with the flowchart. That wasn’t so much fun in the winter, of course, but now the sun’s out it is very satisfying to watch the battery filling up and the arrows pointing in all the right directions.With everything up and running, we haven’t needed to consult Greenscape about the installation. We are glad we paid extra for bird guards – there are a lot of pigeons in our garden, and we didn’t want them nesting under the panels.We like the matte black PV panels, which don’t look at obtrusive as some more metallic panels in the area. We’d been sceptical about an east-facing installation, but a lot of sun comes that way even before we’ve woken up!All in all, a quick, efficient installation from Greenscape which is starting to show the results we have hoped for.

I genuinely had a very pleasant experience with Greenscape from the initial booking of a survey, the survey itself and through to installation and the aftercare.At all times, I felt well informed and in control of the process; I didn’t feel pressured into anything at any point and it felt like I was being listened to.Struan conducted the survey and was very personable and professional in equal measure. He went through all of the options thoroughly and in layman’s terms; which really helped.Veronica from the Delivery Team has also been superb and regularly checked in before and after the install to make sure I was happy with everything. It makes you feel valued to have a point of contact like her. There were other members of the team that I spoke to via email who were also very efficient and pleasant to deal with :)I didn’t manage to catch the names of the scaffolding gang or the install team when I had the panels fitted but everyone was tidy, courteous and easy to deal with; again it was hugely appreciated as I find this sort of thing very stressful.And today, I spoke to Veronica again and queried the possibility of batteries as I didn’t opt for them initially but now feel they. Night be of benefit and she was quick to arrange a callback for me.Thanks to everyone who helped me have a very straightforward and stress free experience.
